Exchanging and Returning

You always have the option to return your order within 14 days of receipt! We are committed to shipping every order with the utmost care. If you decide to return your purchase within that period, you can do so in three simple steps.

Note! There are a few conditions attached to a return:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging. The product must be in a resalable condition.
  • The return shipment must include a Track & Trace code.
  • You are responsible for the shipping costs of the return.

Step 1: Download and fill in the return form

Download the return form and fill it out completely. To do this, send an email to our customer service (klantenservice@zenitize.nl). It is not mandatory to provide a reason for the return.

Step 2: Send the package back

Send the products you want to return to the address listed on the return form.

Make sure the package has a Track & Trace code. This is not only mandatory but also serves as your shipping proof, which is essential to avoid misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive your purchase amount back

As soon as we have correctly received and approved your return shipment, we will transfer the purchase amount to your bank account. Please note that it can take up to 10 days from the payment date before the amount is visible in your account.
