Exchanging and Returning
At Zenitize, we want you to shop with complete confidence. If the product you ordered does not meet your expectations, you can easily request a return. Below you will find clear guidelines that help us process your request efficiently and ensure a quick refund.
1. Return Period
You have 14 days from the delivery date to register a return.
2. Conditions for an Approved Return
To accept a return, the product must:
be unused
be in its original condition (without signs of use, washing, stains, or damage)
be returned in the original packaging with all accompanying parts
If the product does not meet these conditions, we may not approve the return.
3. No Return Processing Fees
We do not charge any processing fees or restocking fees for returns.
4. How to Start a Return
To start a return, you can contact us by email:
Please include in your message:
your order number
that you want to return the product (you may also briefly mention the reason – this helps us improve our service)
Once we have received your message, we will send you further instructions.
5. Return Shipping Costs
The costs for the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend choosing a shipment with a tracking number. This makes the return shipment safer and makes it easier to confirm delivery if needed.
6. Product Exchange
If you want to exchange a product instead of returning it (for example, for a different size or model), you can send us an email at klantenservice@zenitize.nl. Exchanges are processed at the customer's request and depend on stock availability.
7. Refund
Once we have received the return shipment and checked the condition of the product, we will process the refund within 7 days.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase (unless otherwise agreed).
Please note that your bank or payment provider may need a few extra days to process the amount to your account.
